The Supreme Court directed the State Government to take over the college, including all land, buildings, and assets, to bring it into compliance with Medical Council of India standards and university affiliation requirements. The Court held that once the university grants affiliation and regulatory permission is obtained, students who completed the first year may sit for the first-year MBBS examination. Future disputes concerning this college were placed within the Supreme Court's exclusive jurisdiction.
