The Supreme Court disposed of three civil appeals arising from Special Leave Petitions by reference to an earlier order dated 11 January 2017, which had already remanded connected matters back to the High Court. The Court found it unnecessary to issue fresh notice to respondents and incorporated the judgment from the batch appeals into this judgment. The appeals were accordingly disposed of in terms of the prior order.
