Arvind Anand Halbe appealed against adverse remarks made against him by a Single Judge in a lower court order. The Supreme Court granted leave to appeal and, after hearing both parties, found it appropriate to expunge those adverse remarks from the judicial record. The appeal was allowed to the extent of removal of the remarks. No order regarding costs was made in this appeal.
