B. Prabhakara Reddy filed civil appeals against Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Ltd. seeking continuance of his claim or service entitlement up to 60 years of age. The Supreme Court noted that connected matters in Civil Appeal No. 10273 of 2017 had been disposed of by a Judgment dated 09.08.2017. Accordingly, the present appeals were disposed of in terms of that earlier judgment, as the issues were intertwined with and resolved by the determination in the connected matters.
