Bharat Matrimony.Com Pvt. Ltd appealed against People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd in a dispute over use of records certification. The parties reached an amicable settlement on 10 November 2014, setting out agreed terms regarding use of a Limca Book of Records certificate and withdrawal of a competition complaint. The Supreme Court disposed of the appeal on 7 January 2016 in terms of the settlement agreed between the parties, with each party bearing its own costs.
