Two civil appeals concerning arbitration disputes were pending before the Supreme Court. During the course of the appeals, the parties arrived at an amicable settlement of their entire disputes and filed a memorandum of settlement dated 11 May 2017. The Court disposed of both appeals in terms of the settlement agreement, which was incorporated as part of the decree. No costs were awarded.
