Rameshwara Homes & Apartments and Manoj Lal Seal filed civil appeals concerning arbitration disputes. During the pendency of the appeals before the Supreme Court, the parties agreed to resolve their differences through an amicable settlement. The parties filed a memorandum of settlement dated 11 May 2017. The Court disposed of both appeals in accordance with the settlement memorandum, which now forms part of the final decree. No costs were awarded to either party.
