In Brief
In this civil appeal, the Supreme Court set aside High Court orders passed without affording the appellants a hearing. Finding the orders suffered from breach of natural justice, the Court allowed the appeal and remitted the matter to the High Court with a direction to hear all parties afresh and pass fresh orders. The appellants were impleaded as additional respondents. An interim protective order issued by the Supreme Court was to continue pending the High Court's fresh adjudication. The Court requested expedited disposal within three months.
