The Court requested the Union Government to urgently address critical shortfalls at the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, including sanctioning 153 additional posts, allocating 37,249 sq. ft. of extra space, and amending Rule 11 regarding member remuneration. State Governments were given three months to implement the Final Draft Model Rules."
