Three appellants sought enhancement of compensation for their land but were denied in the High Court. The Supreme Court found they were in an identical legal position to parties in Civil Appeal No. 3412/2015 (Sachin v. State of Haryana), which had already decided the issue. Accordingly, the Court allowed the appeals on the same terms as the earlier judgment, but excluded any statutory benefits for delays in litigation. The appeals were disposed of with no order as to costs.
